Pisco Sour Cocktail

Ingredients :-

4.5cl Pisco
3cl lemon juice[a]
2cl Simple syrup
1 Egg white[b]

How To Make It :-

Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Then pour into Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with Angostura bitters (1 dash).

Serve straight up without ice.
