Yellow Bird Cocktail

Ingredients:-

cl White Rum
1.5cl Galliano
1.5cl Triple sec
1.5cl Lime juice

How To Make It:-

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Ingredients:-

6cl gin
1.5cl vodka
0.75cl Lillet Blonde

How To Make It:-

Shake over ice until well chilled,then strain in the champagne coupe glass.

Garnish with a thin slice of lemon peel.

Serve straight up without ice.

Spritz Veneziano Cocktail

Ingredients :-

6cl Prosecco
4cl Aperol
Splash of Soda water

How To Make It :-

Build into old fashioned glass over ice.

Garnish with orange wedge.

Serve on the rocks poured over ice.

Pisco Sour Cocktail

Ingredients :-

4.5cl Pisco
3cl lemon juice[a]
2cl Simple syrup
1 Egg white[b]

How To Make It :-

Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Then pour into Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with Angostura bitters (1 dash).

Serve straight up without ice.

Kamikaze Cocktail

Ingredients:-

3 cl (1 part) vodka
3 cl (1 part) triple sec
3 cl (1 part) lime juice

How To Make It:-

Shake all ingredients together in a mixer with ice.

Strain into Cocktail glass.

Garnish Lime slice.

Serve Straight up without ice.

Dark 'N' Stormy Cocktail

Ingredients:-

6 cl dark rum
10 cl Ginger beer

How To Make It:-

In a highball glass filled with ice add 6cl dark rum and top with ginger beer.

Garnish with lime wedge.

Serve on the rocks poured over ice.

B-52 Cocktail

Ingredients:-

2 cl (1 part) coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
2 cl (1 part) Irish Cream (Baileys Irish Cream)
2 cl (1 part) Orange Cognac (Grand Marnier)

How To Make It:-

Layer ingredients into a shot glass.
Garnish with a stirrer.
Serve neat, undiluted and without ice.

Tequila Sunrise Cocktail

Ingredients:-

4.5 cl (3 parts) Tequila
9 cl (6 parts) Orange juice
1.5 cl (1 part) Grenadine syrup

How To Make It:-

Pour the tequila and orange juice into Collins glass over ice.

Add the grenadine, which will sink to the bottom.

Do not stir.

Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

Serve on the rocks poured over ice.

Singapore Sling Cocktail

Ingredients:-

3 cl Gin
1.5 cl Heering Cherry Liqueur (cherry brandy)
0.75 cl Cointreau
0.75 cl DOM Bénédictine
1 cl Grenadine
12 cl Pineapple juice
1.5 cl Fresh lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters

How To Make It:-

Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes.

Shake well.

Strain into highball glass.

Garnish with pineapple and cocktail cherry.

Serve Well shaken, with ice.

Sex on the Beach Cocktail

Ingredients:-

4 cl Vodka
2 cl Peach schnapps
4 cl Orange juice
4 cl Cranberry juice

How To Make It:-

Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish with orange slice.

Serve on the rocks poured over ice.

Sea-Breeze Cocktail

Ingredients:-

4 cl Vodka
12 cl Cranberry juice
3 cl Grapefruit juice

How To Make It:-

Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish with lime wedge.

Serve on the rocks poured over ice.

Rose Cocktail

Ingredients:-

4 cl (2 parts) dry vermouth
2 cl (1 parts) Kirsch
3 Dashes Strawberry syrup

How To Make It:-

Shake dry vermouth, kirsch and strawberry syrup together in a cocktail shaker, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with Maraschino cherry.

Serve straight up without ice.

Piña Colada Cocktail

Ingredients:-

3 cl (one part) white rum
3 cl (one part) coconut milk
9 cl (3 parts) pineapple juice

How To Make It:-

Mix white rum, coconut milk and pineapple juice with crushed ice until smooth.

Pour into chilled Poco Grande glass.

Garnish with pineapple slice and maraschino cherry.

Serve it Blended with ice (frozen style).

Moscow Mule Cocktail

Ingredients:-

4.5cl (9 parts) vodka
0.5cl (1 part) lime juice
12cl (24 parts) ginger beer

How To Make It:-

Combine vodka and ginger beer in a highball glass filled with ice.

Add lime juice.

Stir gently and garnish with a lime slice.

Serve on the rocks poured over ice.

Mojito Cocktail

Ingredients:-

4 cl (4 parts) White rum
3 cl (3 parts) Fresh lime juice
6 leaves of Mint
2 teaspoons Sugar
Soda Water

How To Make It:-

In a Collins glass add Mint sprigs muddled with sugar and lime juice.

Then add White rum topped with soda water.

Garnished with sprig of mint leaves.

Served on the rocks poured over ice with a straw.

Mimosa Cocktail

Ingredients:-

7.5 cl (one part) champagne7.5 cl (one part) orange juice

How To Make It:-

Ensure both ingredients are well chilled, then mix into the Champagne flute glass.

Garnish with grenadine, cherries, strawberries.

Serve cold stirred but not shaken.

Margarita Cocktail

Ingredients:-
3.5 cL (7 parts) tequila
2 cL (4 parts) Cointreau
1.5 cL (3 parts) lime juice

How To Make It:-

Rub the rim of the glass with the lime slice to make the salt stick to it.

Shake the other ingredients with ice, then carefully pour into the Margarita glass (taking care not to dislodge any salt).

Garnish Salt on the rim, lime slice.

Serve On the rocks poured over ice.

Mai Tai Cocktail

Ingredients:-

4 cl (8 parts) white rum
2 cl (4 parts) dark rum
1.5 cl (3 parts) orange curaçao
1.5 cl (3 parts) Orgeat syrup
1 cl (2 parts) fresh lime juice

How To Make It:-

Shake all ingredients with ice.

Strain into a highball glass.

Garnish with pineapple spear, mint leaves and lime peel.

Serve on the rocks poured over ice with straw.

Kir Cocktail
