Mint Julep Cocktail

Ingredients:-

6 cL Bourbon whiskey

4 mint leaves

1 teaspoon powdered sugar

2 teaspoons water

How To Make It:-

In a highball glass gently muddle the mint, sugar and water.

Fill the glass with cracked ice, add Bourbon and stir well until the glass is well frosted. 

Garnish with a mint sprig.

Serve on the rocks poured over ice.

Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail

Ingredients:-

1.5 cl Tequila

1.5 cl Vodka

1.5 cl White rum

1.5 cl Triple sec

1.5 cl Gin

2.5 cl Lemon juice

3.0 cl Gomme Syrup

1 dash of Cola

How To Make It:-

Add all ingredients into highball glass filled with ice. 

Stir gently. 

Garnish with lemon spiral. 

Serve on the rocks  poured over ice with straw.

Horse's Neck Cocktail

Ingredients:-

4 cL (1 part) Brandy

12 cL (3 parts) Ginger ale

Dash of Angostura bitter (optional)

How To Make It:-

Pour brandy and ginger ale directly into highball glass with ice cubes. 

Stir gently. 

Garnish with lemon zest. If desired, add dashes of Angostura Bitter.

Serve on the rocks poured over ice.

Hemingway Special Cocktail

Ingredients:-

2 oz. agricole rum, preferably St. George
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. maraschino liqueur
½ oz. simple syrup
Maraschino cherries, for garnish

How To Make It:-

Combine rum, juices, liqueur, and syrup in ice-filled shaker and shake.

Strain over crushed ice into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with cherries.

Harvey Wallbanger Cocktail

Ingredients:-

4.5 cL (3 parts) Vodka
1.5 cL (1 part) Galliano
9 cL (6 parts) fresh orange juice

How To Make It:-

Stir the vodka and orange juice with ice in the Highball glass, then float the Galliano on top. 

Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherry.

Serve on the rocks poured over ice.

French 75 Cocktail

Ingredients:-

3cl gin
2 dashes simple syrup
1.5cl lemon juice
6cl Champagne

How To Make It:-

Combine gin,syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. 

Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne glass. 

Top up with Champagne.

Stir gently.

Ready To Serve.
