Gin Fizz

A Gin Fizz contains gin, lemon juice, sugar, and carbonated water, served in a tumbler with two ice cubes.

Ingredients :-

• 4.5 cl (4.5 parts) Gin
• 3 cl (3 parts) Fresh lemon juice
• 1 cl (1 part) Gomme syrup
• 8 cl (8 parts) Soda water

How To Make It :-

Pour all the ingredients in the Highball glass over the ice.

Served On the rocks.

Dry Martini Cocktail

The Martini is a cocktail made with gin and vermouth, and garnished with an olive or a lemon twist.

Ingredients :-

• 6 cl (12 parts) gin
• 1 cl (2 parts) dry vermouth

How To Make It :-

Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes. 

Stir well. 

Strain in chilled martini cocktail glass. 

Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink, or garnish with olive.

Serve straight or on the rocks.
